From opening the app to getting there

  1. Set your trip

    Pick your pickup and drop-off on the map and see the suggested fare before you book.

  2. Name your price

    Raise your fare to get a driver faster. A driver can also offer you a different price, and you accept or decline it.

  3. Meet your driver

    See her photo, name, car and plate, plus a 4-digit code you give only to her.

  4. Arrive

    Pay in cash or by InstaPay, then rate the trip. Your rating protects the next rider.

Your trip shares itself

When the trip starts, the contacts you chose get a link to follow the route until you arrive.

Route monitoring

If the car leaves the route or stops suddenly, the app checks that you're OK. If you don't answer, we alert your contacts.

Trip start code

A 4-digit code only you can see. Without it the driver can't start the trip, so you can never get into the wrong car.

Encrypted audio recording

Record the trip if you want to. The key stays on your phone, nobody hears it unless you attach it to a report, and it deletes itself after 30 days.

Verified identities

Every driver verifies her ID, licence and car. Every rider confirms who she is with a selfie, reviewed by a woman on our team.

Block a driver

Not comfortable with a driver? Block her and she'll never be offered your rides again.

Price

You agree on the fare before you get in

The app suggests a fare from the distance. Raise it to get a driver faster, and if a driver offers a different price, it's your call. Cancelling is free until your driver arrives.

Questions we get a lot

What is the trip start code?

A 4-digit code you see once your driver accepts. Only give it to the driver whose photo and details are shown in the app; the trip cannot start without it.

What should I do if I feel unsafe?

Press the emergency button on the trip screen to alert your trusted contacts and our team. If you are in immediate danger, call the police on 122.

Who can listen to my audio recording?

Nobody, including us. The recording is encrypted and its key is only on your phone. It is heard only if you choose to attach it to a report.

How do I pay for a trip?

Pay your driver in cash at the end of the trip, or transfer the fare by InstaPay to the driver's address shown on the trip screen. Choose your payment method before booking.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancelling is free until your driver arrives. After she arrives, a cancellation fee may apply.

I left something in the car. What now?

Open the trip from your history, tap report a problem, and choose: I left something in the car.
