By using SheGo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

SheGo is a platform that connects riders with independent women drivers. The service is for women only, riders and drivers alike.

Accounts and verification

You must be at least 18. Every account must pass identity verification before booking or driving, and the information you provide must be accurate. Your account is personal and may not be used by anyone else.

Conduct

Respect is required of both sides. Harassment, threats, discrimination or any behaviour that puts someone at risk is prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension.

Drivers must follow traffic law and keep their licence and vehicle documents valid for as long as they drive.

Payment

The fare is shown as an estimate before booking, and the final fare is calculated at the end of the trip. You pay the driver directly, in cash or by InstaPay. The platform charges the driver a commission on each trip.

Cancelling after the driver has arrived may carry a cancellation fee, shown in the app.

Safety

The app's safety tools (the emergency button, trip sharing, the trip start code and route checks) help, but they are not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in danger, call the police on 122 or an ambulance on 123.

Reports and suspension

You can report any trip within 30 days. We may suspend an account temporarily while a report is reviewed, or permanently if a breach of these terms is confirmed.

Liability

SheGo connects riders with drivers and does not itself provide transport. To the extent the law allows, the platform's liability is limited, and nothing here removes any legal right you have.

Changes

We may update these terms, and will tell you about any significant change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
